NAMASTE
In early 2001, director Nage Canchola visited the Maha Kumbh Mela festival in Allahabad, northern India. This festival only occurs every twelve years, and is the most important spiritual event in the Hindu calendar. It attracted perhaps seventy million people over a period of six weeks, and is the largest gathering of people for a single purpose ever recorded.
